Steam top-up by login and with items
If you need the balance immediately, topping up by Steam login is the simplest option. In Russia, Sberbank and Ozon Bank usually charge around 10%. If you can wait for an item to sell, LIS-SKINS, CS.MONEY, AIM.market, and TF2Lavka may add more Steam balance than you spent.
